  • Chili pepper - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Cut the sole fillets into small cubes and place them in a glass or ceramic bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the lime juice and lemon juice, then pour over the fish, ensuring all pieces are covered.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until the fish appears opaque.
