Steps
- Cut the sole fillets into small cubes and place them in a glass or ceramic bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the lime juice and lemon juice, then pour over the fish, ensuring all pieces are covered.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until the fish appears opaque.
