  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your BBQ grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks or rounds, about 1 cm thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Add the carrots to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the honey mixture.
  5. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast the carrots in the preheated oven or on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are tender and caramelized.
