Steps
- Preheat your BBQ grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks or rounds, about 1 cm thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the carrots to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the honey mixture.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
