  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks or rounds, about 1 cm thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the carrot pieces to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Spread the seasoned carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
