Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks or rounds, about 1 cm thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the carrot pieces to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Spread the seasoned carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
