- Hominy corn - 200 grams

Steps
- Soak the hominy corn in water overnight.
- Drain and rinse the soaked hominy, then place it in a pot with 1 liter of fresh water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook the hominy for about 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
- Once the hominy is cooked, drain any excess water and return it to the pot.
- Add the coconut milk, sugar, cinnamon stick, vanilla extract, and salt to the pot with the hominy.
- Stir well and cook over low heat for an additional 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the peanut butter until fully incorporated and creamy.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and serve hot, topped with toasted coconut flakes and chopped peanuts.
