  • Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Whole grain baguette - 1/2, sliced into 1 cm rounds
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix the canned tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. On each toasted baguette slice, spread a generous amount of the tuna mixture.
