- Whole grain baguette - 1/2, sliced into 1 cm rounds
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix the canned tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
