  • Bell pepper (chopped) - 1 small
  • Tomato (chopped) - 1 medium
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
