  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, lime juice, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
