Steps
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper and tomatoes, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Add the fish stock (or water) to the pot, followed by the paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

- Next, add the shrimp and mussels to the pot, cooking for another 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the mussels have opened.
