Steps

  1. Brew 240 ml of strong coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, etc.).
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 240 ml of whole milk over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
  3. Once the milk is heated, use a whisk or frother to create a light foam.
  4. In two cups, pour 120 ml of brewed coffee each.
  5. Add sugar to taste and stir well, if using.
  6. Slowly pour the steamed milk over the coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon.
