  • Linguiça sausage - 300 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons

  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Avocado - 1/2 medium, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 slices

Steps

  1. Remove the casing from the linguiça sausage and place the meat in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the bowl and mix well until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
