Steps
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast in half horizontally to create thinner fillets and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.
