  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Avocado - 1/2 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into two burger patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the whole wheat buns. Toast them lightly if desired.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked chicken patty, tomato slices, and avocado. Top with the other half of the bun.
