  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Soak the carne seca in water overnight to rehydrate and remove excess salt. Drain and shred the beef.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
