  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon

  • spinach - 100 grams, chopped
  • ricotta cheese - 100 grams
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • black olives - 30 grams, chopped
  • red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, olive oil, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and black pepper.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
