Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, melted coconut oil, almond milk, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
