  • vegetable oil - 50 milliliters
  • all-purpose flour - 150 grams
  • baking powder - 5 grams
  • vanilla extract - 5 milliliters
  • pinch of salt - 1 gram

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small round cake pan (approximately 18 cm in diameter).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, granulated sugar, and the egg. Whisk until smooth.
