- Almond flour - 100g

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small round cake pan (20cm).
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and eggs until well combined and slightly frothy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract to the egg mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
