- Baking powder - 10 grams

- Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
- In a blender, combine the grated carrots, plant-based milk, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Blend until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the blended carrot mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
