  • Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a blender, combine the grated carrots, plant-based milk, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
