Ingredients

  • Coconut sugar - 50 grams
  • Cachaça - 50 ml
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, egg, cachaça, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
