Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
- Peel and boil the sweet potato in water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the sweet potato until smooth.
- Add sugar, vegetable oil, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed sweet potato and mix well.
