- rolled oats - 50g
- honey or maple syrup - 50ml
- coconut oil - 30ml
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
- cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- salt - a pinch
- eggs - 2 large
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs, honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and mix well.
