- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- oil for frying - as needed
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chickpea flour, and water until you have a thick batter.
- Add the chopped green onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
