- Beef liver - 400 grams
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Rinse the beef liver under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the beef liver to the bowl and coat it well with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the liver from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and slightly firm.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley.
