Ingredients

  • Beef liver - 400 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Rinse the beef liver under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the beef liver to the bowl and coat it well with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the liver from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and slightly firm.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley.
