- Oregano - 1 tablespoon, dried
- Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, parsley, oregano, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to create the chimichurri. Set aside.
