  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Oregano - 1 tablespoon, dried
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or barbecue to high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, parsley, oregano, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to create the chimichurri. Set aside.
  3. Season the bife de chorizo generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
