  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Place the top sirloin steak in a large ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it's well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  6. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time for desired doneness.
  7. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
