Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is well combined and heated through.
- Add the fresh shredded coconut and oats to the saucepan, mixing well until the ingredients are fully combined.
- Continue cooking the mixture on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
