Steps
- Begin by ricing the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater until it resembles rice grains.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the onion and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
