Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the beef ribs to the pot and sear on all sides until browned.

- Add the rice, bay leaves, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Pour in the beef broth, bringing the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 30-35 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the beef is tender.
- Remove the bay leaves, fluff the rice with a fork, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
