Steps
- Peel and dice the chayote into small cubes.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced chayote and sauté for about 3 minutes.
