Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the rice, allowing it to toast for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in the cachaça and cook for another minute, stirring continuously.
- Add the vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper, bringing the mixture to a boil.

- Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
