  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the butternut squash into 2 cm cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary.
  4. Add the butternut squash cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
