- Carrot - 1 medium
- Garlic - 2 cloves

- Fresh basil - 10 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
- Chop the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the red and yellow bell peppers, and julienne the carrot.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped bell peppers and carrot to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to burst and release their juices.
