  • Carrot - 1 medium
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
  2. Chop the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the red and yellow bell peppers, and julienne the carrot.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves.
  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
