Steps

  1. Grate the zucchini using a box grater or food processor, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated onion, flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
