Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 300 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Toppings of choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) - as desired

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the zucchini using a box grater, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust, about 1 cm thick.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the crust and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
