- Zucchini - 300 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) - as desired
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Grate the zucchini using a box grater, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
