  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
  • Burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Avocado - 1 small, sliced

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, chickpea flour, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onion, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into two burger patties, pressing firmly to hold them together.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
