- Breadcrumbs - 30 grams

- Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, chickpea flour, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onion, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into two burger patties, pressing firmly to hold them together.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan or under the broiler until lightly browned.
