  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced zucchini with olive oil, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. If using, sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the zucchini.
