- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams (optional)
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced zucchini with olive oil, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- If using, sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the zucchini.
