- Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup
- Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the cooked lentils, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.

- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
