  • Tomato - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini and tomatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
