- Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Wash and slice the zucchini and tomatoes into thin rounds.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add zucchini slices to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
