  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper, ensuring all vegetables are well coated.
  3. In a small baking dish, layer half of the zucchini and tomato mixture at the bottom.
