  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Goat cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh basil - 10 leaves, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush the mixture over the pizza dough.
  5. Spread the thinly sliced zucchini evenly over the dough, then sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top.
