  • Chickpeas - 1/2 cup (cooked, about 120g)
  • Spinach - 1 cup (fresh, packed)
  • All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup (about 60g)
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
