  • Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
  • Olive oil - 60ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create zoodles.
  2. In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
