  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest to create a marinade.
