- Coconut flour - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large

- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Rinse the wild rice under cold water and cook it according to package instructions until tender, about 40-50 minutes.
- Once cooked, allow the wild rice to cool slightly, then combine it in a mixing bowl with coconut flour, egg, green onion, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
