- Portobello mushrooms - 200 grams
- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams
- Oyster mushrooms - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and cut the larger ones into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the mushrooms to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated mushrooms onto the skewers, alternating types for variety.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have grill marks.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
