  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic cloves - 2, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground venison, ground bison, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
