  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 175°C or 350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to create a spice rub.
  3. Rub the wild boar ribs with olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Generously apply the spice rub all over the ribs, pressing it into the meat.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar and honey to create a glaze.
  6. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes.
  7. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with the apple cider vinegar and honey glaze to add sweetness and moisture.
  8. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
