  • Raw honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Almond flour - 100g
  • Coconut oil - 3 tablespoons, melted
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries and raw honey. Stir gently to coat the berries evenly and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until a crumbly dough forms.
  4. Grease a small baking dish with coconut oil and pour the berry mixture into the bottom, spreading it evenly.
  5. Crumble the almond flour mixture on top of the berries, covering them completely.
