- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Basil - 1 tablespoon, fresh, chopped
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
