Ingredients

  • Walnuts - 100 grams
  • Honey - 60 milliliters
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine honey and coconut oil. Stir until melted and well combined.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
  4. Add the walnuts to the saucepan and mix until they are evenly coated with the honey mixture.
  5. Spread the walnut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
